Can I Purchase A Gift Card?

Yes, you can purchase a gift card by following the simple steps here.

You can opt to have the gift card sent to yourself or directly to the lucky recipient via email.

Select the value, choose a card design, confirm the delivery details, and that’s all the magic to it!

Can I Purchase a Craft Spirit as a Gift?

Of course, as long as the recipient is at least 21 years old!

Simply enter the recipient’s shipping information when you are at checkout. You can personalize the gift by including a gift message. And don’t worry — pricing won’t be included in the gift package.

What Should I Do If Items Are Damaged In Transit?

Email us at giftbaskets@theepicureantrader.com with photo documentation.

If insurance was taken at checkout (highly recommended), we will file a claim and reship the original order.

If insurance was not taken at checkout, we will offer replacements at a 50% discount, plus additional shipping costs.

For rare or limited edition spirits, we may not be able to reship. In that case, we will issue a refund if insurance was taken out.

Do Alcohol Products Require Age Verification?

Alcohol shipments require adult verification to ensure they aren't delivered to underage recipients.

It is recommended that you provide an address where you know an adult will be available to sign.

The Product I Want Is Out of Stock. What Can I Do?

To be notified when the product you are interested in is back in stock, go to the product page. Make sure you are logged in to your Caskers account!

Once on the product's page, click "Notify Me When Available".

Once you've added yourself to the waiting list, you'll be emailed as soon as we have the product available on our site!

Everyone on the waiting list is notified when a product becomes available again, and there's no special order of notification.

How Can I Change My Shipping Address?

If you need to change your address, email us at giftbaskets@theepicureantrader.com

Please note that a change in the shipping address may result in additional shipping fees if the new address is further than the original address.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel an order, email us at giftbaskets@theepicureantrader.com

If the order has already shipped, a refund will be issued when the order is returned to us, in a re-saleable condition, less a restocking fee and returned shipment fee.

How Can I Add A Gift Message?

A gift message can be added by clicking "Is This A Gift?" next to "Add To Cart".

We offer a complimentary written message, which is printed on a kraft gift card.

For a nominal fee, we also offer a Video or Voice Message, which will be viewed by the recipient by scanning a QR code that is included in the order.

I'm Sending A Gift. Will the Price Show Up in the Package?

There will be no pricing information on the packing slip in your order. It will simply show the gift message you choose to leave!

When Will My Purchase Ship?

We ship Monday through Friday, and orders generally ship within 2 business
days after being placed.

An email confirmation with carrier and tracking information will be sent
when your order is shipped.

Which Carrier Will My Purchase Ship With?

All orders outside of San Francisco County are shipped via FedEx.  An
adult over 21 will always need to be present to accept the delivery if it
contains alcohol. We cannot ship alcohol to P.O. Boxes.

What Happens If The Shipping Carrier Is Unable To Deliver My Package?

If a shipment is returned after multiple delivery attempts, we can reship to a new address for an additional shipping fee.  If there is no alternate shipping address, we will refund the order minus a $25 returned shipment fee.  If you're having trouble with your delivery, contact us right away, we're always happy to help coordinate.

How Long Do I Have To Collect My Store Pickup Order?

Store Pickup orders will be held for 14 days.

After this period, if
arrangements have not been made, the order will be canceled and a refund will
be issued, minus a 10% restocking fee. 

If the refund window set by your
credit card company has expired, a store credit will be issued minus a 10%
restocking fee.
